A Community of growth

Mindset LA offers a comprehensive, group-based treatment framework where teens and young adults can not only gain insight but also turn that insight into practical action through collaboration and shared experiences.

Our model supports individuals in developing both values-based committed action and insight into the ways past experiences shape present thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Our cutting-edge peer accountability group is facilitated by experienced clinical psychologists and coaching staff, combining:

  • Psychoanalysis

  • Third-wave CBT

  • Somatic practices

Through supportive peer interactions and professional guidance, individuals gain insight into unconscious patterns, challenge negative thoughts, and build both physical and emotional resilience.

A Culture of Growth and Accountability

At Mindset LA, our groups create a sense of community where everyone has a role to play in each other’s growth. This fosters a culture of accountability and mutual support that propels each client forward.

Through this collaborative process, clients are empowered to take ownership of their learning — making the transition from passively receiving information to creating knowledge in action.
