A Psychoeducational Certificate Program

Co-created by Bryan Anderson, LCSW

& Mindset LA

IN-formation is an immersive, psychoeducational certificate program designed to help adolescents transform self-knowledge into psychological flexibility, emotional intelligence, and action. Developed in collaboration between Bryan Anderson, LCSW and the clinical team at Mindset LA, this program is built around a shared principle: information only becomes transformation when it is lived.

At the heart of IN-formation is the belief that learning is not just intellectual—it is experiential. Like learning to ride a bike or drive a car, psychological growth requires repeated engagement, practice, reflection, and relationship. Through a structured curriculum that integrates psychoeducation, therapeutic group work, and experiential learning, participants earn a certificate recognizing their completion of a comprehensive personal development program grounded in clinical best practices.

Program Philosophy: Insight + Action = Transformation

Mindset LA brings a foundation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mentalization-based treatment, emphasizing emotional awareness, relational understanding, and values-based living. Bryan Anderson contributes his expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Intelligence coaching, offering concrete tools for anxiety regulation, mindset shifts, and effective communication.

Together, these modalities form a comprehensive framework where teens not only learn about psychological concepts—but practice them, embody them, and apply them in real time.

Why IN-formation Matters

In a time when teens are bombarded with external expectations, anxiety, and performance pressure, IN-formation offers a space to pause, reflect, and re-form. It’s not therapy alone, nor is it just academic education—it’s a hybrid program where emotional insight meets action.

By completing this program, teens emerge with not only a deeper understanding of themselves, but also the practical tools and relational capacities to meet life’s challenges with resilience, self-awareness, and clarity.
